Frequently Asked Questions
As long as you need or want it to be. There is no minimum time commitment. I invite you to continue as long as you enjoy the peace of mind knowing that your financial planner is looking our for your financial health.
I believe you need a financial plan, whether created at Infinity Financial Strategies or elsewhere, to have an appropriate and effective investment plan. If you don’t have a financial plan that integrates your financial goals and needs across your entire financial picture, how will you know what kind of return you actually need your portfolio to generate, what tax strategies to implement and how much risk you need to take in conjunction with how much risk you’re willing to take?
Paying for Education IS different from Saving for Education. Saving (and investing) for education involves consistently putting aside funds and balancing any tax advantages with the control you give up you’re your funds. There are so many additional considerations when paying for school including qualifying for financial aid, student loans and potential tax credits. Your ability to take advantage of these benefits will depend on income management and the order in which you use your assets to pay for school.
